HELP! 350 swap

Ok, i dont' know anything about engines. I wish i did, but i dont'. I have a 77 chevy step side pickup and i'm putting a 350 shortblock, that's in a cutlass, into it. I was wondering if anyone knew any good books that would help me along the way. I'm not doing this by myself, so it' not like it's going to be just me and a book that's doing it all, i have people who know cars helping me. but i'd like to understand what's what and how to do it myself if i had to. Any help would be great!

You might try checking your local library, most have a good selection of auto repair books, see if you can find one that presents the info in a way that makes sense to you. Then you can copy the book info and buy the book online for future reference.
