97 Jimmy No Power under load

Help,
When I step on the gas nothing happens as if no fuel. As engine warms up a little it will gradually start going. This only happens under load, sitting still engine revs no problem. I new my catalytic converter was shot and replaced that along with both O2 sensors while I had it apart. Still have same power issue. Also the Check engine lite is on,this lasts about a week then goes off but as of rt now it is on? Any help!! pags20
