2001 Tracker ... I was told that the condenser fan was the reason my air didn't work. I replaced (it was not working) ... and replaced the blown fuse under the hood. Air still doesn't work. I hear no change under the hood when the button is engaged for air, so I don't think the compressor is kicking on. Is there something else that could be wrong?

Re: Air Conditioner
My 2000 Tracker AC was not working, the fan motor would not engage. However, I recharged with refrigerant (12 oz) and the system began to cool again and the fan started. You should see if your refrig level is low, this may be the reason.

Re: Air Conditioner
your AC is leaking it needs seals replaced. recharging it will be a waste as it will leak out again. it will be costly to do this. unless you buy the sealent kit and the r134a bottles to do it yourself
