roof rack key on 1999 chevy tracker

I have what I believe to be the stock roof rack on my 1999 chevy tracker... it's a 4 door

the number on the lock is 27 If anyone could help me figure out what the key is how get one or anything that'd be great I've been to two different dealerships and a locksmith and not one of them know anything about it and the ignition key doesn't work for it

Think they are all the same mines a 27 also I belive just got on sight and seen this if you need one I shure I've got extras It came with two keys per lock
