90 cutlass supreme wont run

i was driving home the other night and i started losing power sort of bogging down i got home and parked it and the next morning it started but seemed like it was choking out i took it home and worked on it for a few hours and it completely stoped working i changed the plugs wires and tested the coil packs they seem to be working it seems like it is not getting fuel . this morning i tried starting it and it ran well for about 30 seconds but then completly shut off it started again and ran until we shut it off but now we cant seem to get it started please help its my only car its a 3.1 l with about 113000 miles on it
