2001 ac blower noisy on high

Blower on the ventilation system is noisy when on the high setting, it's a low pitched hum/vibration. I replaced the cabin filters a month ago after 100k of use, they were filthy.

Maybe it doesn't know what to do with all the air it's getting now.

this is usually,,,, the fan need cleaning,,,insects/leaves,rodents, acorns, and other items can get to the blower motor fan...this makes it un-balanced..

last year my 1996 impala had an acorn in it,,did same thing..
