I am currently researching the name given to the seats and runners to fit a 1970 1300 Beetle

any help appreciate

Seats = Seats

Runners = Tracks

The seat tracks are a part of the floor pans. In order to replace the tracks, the old ones would have to be cut out and new ones welded in, or the entire floor pan section replaced.

Seats from any year VW Bug, 1956-1970, will fit the tracks on the 1970 Beetle.
