Tamiya Honda NSX Raybrig
Well, this model was far and away the most challenging I have ever put together. I almost just shelved this one permanently after struggling with the paint. I initially used the Zero white primer and when I went to mask off the parts the primer came right up with the tape. I usually really like the Zero paints that Steve sells but I have had miserable experiences with both the grey and white primers (chances are it is user error, but I do not have any trouble with the base colors so who knows). I ended up having to strip off the color from the body too, and in the process I broke both the front window frame pieces. I also had a really tough time with the front bonnet decals on this one. With all that being said, I figured I will still post pics, more out of the pride of just finishing this one than of the actual quality of the build itself. The paint is TS-57 Blue Violet cleared with Mr. Gunze super top coat.
