I added motor oil to my car and alot of smoke started to come out the exhaust pipe. The car died on me and it starts and drives alittle then died. Did i put too much? If so, How do i drain it out ? I heard of a oil plug but where do i find it ?

Re: 1990 Pontiac Sunbird----Motor Oil-Did I put too much
Try pulling the engine oil dip stick, if you have trouble finding it look in your owners manual.. its usually yellow and in plain sight.
As for draining it, no offence but if you have trouble filling your own oil, i wouldn't even attempt to drain it by yourself. Get a friend to help you. |
