2003 2500hd 4X4 Left turn Squeak

The other day i noticed a squeak in the front end on my truck. It only squeaks when i turn left. What do you guys think this could be?

OK so i lifted it up and i do have top to bottom play in the left front wheel. the question is do I need to buy the wheel bearing or the whole hub assembly?

The bearing comes as a whole unit with the hub asm. It will also come with the ABS sensor and harness as well.
