1959 El Camino AMT 1:25
Hi
Starting with a new street car build, a AMT 1959 El Camino. I got this partially build from a german friend... ![]() ...the paint is off and ready for a new start. ![]() ![]() The rear axle have brake discs, springs and torque thrust wheels. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Paintjob is done...Dark Mica Blue Tamiya TS-64. The camera didnīt show the correct color. On pic 4 you see the correct color that the human eye is seeing. ![]() ![]() ![]() Here is the paint under light. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Updates... The interior is flat white with grey flocking powder for the seat. ![]() Wood decals fot the bed from Tauro. ![]() The decals and the softer didnīt worked perfect. The result is not looking good...:rant: ![]() I decided to make a new bed for this truck with ī0.10" evergreen plate. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Before ![]() ...and after,looking great. ![]() One stripe of BMF is on the body. |

Looks like a sequoia wooden bed on your Camino :-) The whole bed is done from single piece of wood.

I like the las try for the bed, but may be looks better if you make of real wood, i make my bed for a chevy 41 with sticks of wood from my doctor ofice, then aply weather.
