'05 EVO MR Problem with ACD (active center diff)

I have a 2005 Evo MR edition with 48,000 miles on it. Recently I noticed that all three of the indicator lights for the active center diff. (tarmac, gravel, snow) have been staying on while driving. The indicator displays the current selection when I first start the car, once I get moving all 3 light up and stay on through the entire ignition cycle. I am a Chevy/Cadillac/Hummer mechanic so this system is not familiar to me. Anyone out there know of any common problems with this system? I have the extended warranty on the vehicle but I would rather fix it myself if possible. I appreciate any info anyone can offer. Thanks in advance.

The ACD will set codes. You might have to go to a mitsu dealer to get em pulled.
