adjustintg idle 96 accord
i follwed the instructions for adjusting the icv. i turned the screw about ten degrees clockwise but didn't notice a difference. is there a limit to how far the screw will turn or di i not turn it enough. i haven't done this before. with the icv disengaged, the car was idling at about 200-250. not happy even though the ecm is compensating. have any advise? thanks.
