keyless entry problem

My 2003 Odyssey doors will not unlock with the keyless entry. At first the drivers side would not work at all even from the electronic switch mounted on the door. After spending $260 on a new multiplex thingamabob and $50 on a lock actuator, the lock switch works again but the keyless unlock button still won't. The lights flash so I know it is recieving the signal. If the drivers side door is unlocked then the rest of the doors will unlock with the keyless. Then all the doors will lock with the keyless but not unlock. I can also hear a clicking noise comming from the passengers side seperate from the light flasher. Help, this is driving me nuts not to mention the cost starting to add up.

Thanks
