Angry Turbocharger

I HAVE A SECOND HAND 9-3 SE CONVERTBLE, 1999, 185HP. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS THE MODEL AND MAKE OF THE TURBOCHARGER THAT COMES WITH IT WHEN IT IS BRAND NEW.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY

WHEN I REMOVED THE TURBO IT WAS A GT17
PERHAPS THE PREVIOUS OWNER CHANGED IT.

DO YOU RECKON THAT THE GT17 WAS TOO SMALL SO THATS WHY IT BROKE?

SHOULD I BUY THE TB2569 OR THE GT20 OR CAN YOU GIVE ME YOUR BEST RECOMENDATION???!!!!

go for the aero turbo...

You should buy the bigger Aero turbo, TD04.
in sweden you can get them for about $350. Im not sure how much they cost in US.

The GT17 is used on later Saabs equipped with Trionic 7 engine management, it is quite small but not too small.

You can use an "aero turbo" instead, MHI TD04HL-15T-6, or even a larger version of the TD04 but that is uneccesary unless you want more power.
