Ignition is locked in lock posistion!
So I read through my manual and decided to test my ignition switch because I can't get the engine to turn over. I disconnected the battery. I pulled off the steering wheel cover and pulled the switch connector out of the ignition. The next step is to test continuity in all of the key positions. The problem is I can put the key into the ignition now but, it won't turn out of the lock position. I followed the instructions step by step for my 95 and I have no clue whats going on.

I got the ignition unlocked. I had tried turning the wheel because, I usually have to when ever I put the key in normally and I couldn't get it. I ended up getting frustrated enough and yanked on the wheel and it unlocked. Never had it get locked so bad like that before but, hey a little anger and frustration payed off.

I've had them get locked that bad before. It sucks... Donno what else there is to beside turning it with everything you've got. Glad you got it unlocked though!
