1998 Nissan Sentra SE - tail lights, dash lights, & driver door lock HELP

The dash lights, radio lights, tail lights, drivers eletronic door lock all do not work when the headlights are turned on on my 1998 Nissan Sentra SE. The headlights, dome light, and all other electronic door locks work. Checked all the fuses...seem to be ok. Not sure what it could be or what to do? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
