1968 galaxy problem/390
I have a 1968 galaxy i just bought. The guy i bought it from told me they had done some work to the heads,and when they put it back together it kept bending the push rods. I see that in 1968 ford put two different push rods in the 390. I can't see the date code on the car so i don't know what push rods to order. I pulled the push rods out of the car and they are not bent.so i guess i'm going to try these push rods to see if it bends them. I don't know what the torque is for the rocker arm for this engine though, i was wondering if anyone can help me or has any pointers.
