Chevy Blazer 2 doors interior vibration

Hello! I'd like to remove the interior (back) panels of my 1998 Chevy, 2 doors Blazer. The squeaking noise of the plastic panels is horrible! So I want to check what I can do about it. Does anybody knows how to remove them without breaking down all the mounting points etc.? Tnx!
