My Neon Won't Start (Here's The Story)

My Car's timing belt broke. We had it towed and had a BRAND NEW timing belt put back on. It ran for a week or so then it just quit. I Don't know what the problem is really, but I am kinda thinking it's the WATER PUMP.
Will someone tell me what it is?

Note: It's SOHC
