Does anyone know how to get to the high mount brake light bulb to replace it.I looked in the trunk and also tried to remove the cover from the inside to no avail,Thanks

The high mount stop light is a LED array. It is mounted to the rear deck panel. Remove that and you have access to the screws that hold it to the panel.
The rear tail light bulb replacement requires you to remove the lens from the car to get access to the sockets. |

that's incorrect. The 06' and 07' Sonatas switched back to a single incandescent third tail light. If they were LED, chances are it wouldn't need replacement.

theres 2 screws that hold the light assy on the rear deck you can get to them from inside the trunk but one of the holes is covered with a sticker
then you can pull the assy out from inside the car. |

they told me at the dealer you have to remove the rear deck to get to the screws..
that hold the light in place..if there are just two screws to remove in the truck. how do i find them????????.... |
