1990 toyota 4runner vibration damper bolt
Hello does anyone out there know about removing a vibration damper bolt ,I have tryed to un screw it counter clock wise with lots of force and it will not move ,I hope I am turning it the correct way the repair book says nothing about the direction ,Has anyone done this before ?.
Thanks for your help And P.S. I do have the damper locked in so it will not turn just the bolt will not turn Thanks ![]() ![]()

You are turning in the right direction. Turn harder.
Alternatively, put a breaker bar on the bolt, with the handle touching the floor on the driver side of the engine. Brace it on a piece of lumber if you want. Pull ignition wires so that the engine won't start and blip the starter. The starter will loosen the bolt.
