98 Bonneville SE turns over but won't start.

First of all i have to say this website is great, it has helped me out so much in the past. But down to business... I have a 98 Bonneville SE with 160,000 never had a problem with it except a cracked intake manifold which I replaced myself a month ago. Now all of a sudden it won't start, the engine turns over but just will not fire up. I suspect the fuel pump but I'm not certain. I turned the key on and went to the fuel pressure regulator fitting to test for fuel pressure and I have none. On another thread someone mention a ground plate underneath the driver side carpet, I took that off yesterday and it was in great condition but cleaned it anyways. Help! Thanks!

Welcome to AF, if the pump is powered and grounded then it is bad.

Turns out it wasn't the pump, the intake manifold must have already been damaged or damaged during installation and coolant was leaking inside of it down to the spark plugs, its all better now.
