97 Riviera 3.8L s.c. fuel pump

Does anyone know if there is an access (?) panel in the floor to check/replace the fuel pump on this car? I may be going to help my son with this and was hoping someone here could give us some pointers. Thanks in advance for any help. Dave

yes its in trunk under carpet spray the snap ring with pb blaster or some kind of rust penetrating fluid to free up the lock ring
