Wiper adjustment.
I just bought an 03 Sierra. I notice my driver side wiper does not go all the way down when the wipers are turned off. And the passenger side seems too low. Can I loosen the bolt on the arm and rotate them to the correct posistion? I have an ext. cab quadsteer 4x4 5.3 SLE

Yes, you need to remove them, rotate it and reinstall. There should be line on the window to indicate the correct position of the wiper. At least there is on my 2000 Yukon.
