Good luck. Hopefully, you don't have longtube headers because they definately get in the way. Its a bitch to get to, so I just replaced it with a bypass pulley and called it a day, other wise there are about ~8 mounting bolts to reach. You'll have to move some tranny lines and disconnect a bunch of A/C lines. Sorry, don't remember much about this particular install.

Re: 95 Z28 A/C Compressor Replacement

Thanks, . . I'm finding this out as I'm crawling under the car on jack stands. I've pulled the Alt, receiver-dryer, A/C lines, Battery, cross brace, and moved lines around and still have 2 bolts to go! It took me 3 hours to get to and undo the A/C lines. i guess you just need to do the repair on a lift. If I get the other 2 bolts in the back out, then I'm going to have to brain storm how to get the new one back in without spending 10 hours trying. The nice thing is I've got some time to tackle the job and the weather is warm.

Thanks,
Big Ben
