2002 Yukon XL 1500 flexfuel will not start

I recently ran out of gas, and the battery ran down. after adding gas and jumping it, it sounded like no fuel getting to the engine. I replaced the filter and the fuel pump but it still would not start. At this point I tried putting a gas soaked rag over the intake, but it still will not fire. Is there a rotor on this engine, I cannot find a distributer?
