Help!! my radiator fan keeps running!!

When i turn my car off my radiator fan keeps running and i don't know why! if anyone has any ideas pleas let me know... obviously this is running out my battery every time i turn my car off and i keep having to jump start it (and we all know thats no good for the car or my sanity!) I just don't want to get ripped off when i take it in so any advice would be helpfull!!!

Check your temp relays. There could be something wrong with the temp sensor. Look at the bright side tho, you at-least know your fan works.

You did not state the year and/or engine- so here is my best prognosis- swap the cooling fan relay underhood with another- like the horn relay- chances are the relay is stuck- if horn keeps sounding, you'll know for sure- then buy a new relay if such is the case.
