Replacing Dashboard Lights

I have a 96 cougar, 4.6 V-8, with the normal dash display (not digital), one of the lights behind the oil pressure gauge has gone out (i think this is from tapping on the plastic cover right in front of the gauge because the gauge will start to dip - i thought i had an oil pressure problem - but turns out it is something with the gauge, because if i tap there gauge returns to normal position, and car runs great with 205,000 miles). Anyway, how difficult is it to remove the dash face and replace these bulbs? Any opinions would be appreciated. Long live the Cat!
