99 Accord LX 4CYL solenoid(linear,lock-up,A B),speed sensor,TCU

99 Accord LX V4 – I am getting a D4 blinking light and emission dash light when I bring the car to a fast stop. Turn ignition off and on D4 goes away. 1705 code- transmission control. Transmission does not slip or jerk. I am trying to determine if it is a solenoid(linear,lock-up,A, B),speed sensor,TCU or something else.

I would check the transmission fluid conditions. Do drain and fill.
