97 grand am coolant system "burp"
im planning on flushing my coolant soon and going to change the thermostat. how do i burp the system? i heard theres 1 or 2 screw on the thermostat housing, or you squeeze a hose while the radiator cap is off... i have a 3.1L. what is the proper way to burp it?

Re: 97 grand am coolant system "burp"
Might be a screw over by the thermo housing, thiers also a small brass fitting over the water pump on the recirculator tube. If you have an actual radiator cap then its not as difficult. Sometimes a real PITA to get all the air out.
