r32 skyline gts-t type M (1991)

well, i ordered this kit last winter since i had the 1:1 car

didn't had the time to work on it but now i can.

decided to make a lil project with it and do something different.

since my r32 gtr was used for my mustang project (the engine), i decided to take the fenders and make a widebody for the gts.

here are some pics

the gtr itself

the kit

some comparison pics

so i started some surgery

cutted the stock fenders to make some room for bigger rims

stock vs gtr

i have to widened a bit the side of the bumper

and make it a bit longer

fitted the fenders, applied some putty and sanded it

so like you can see, it's really wide! lol

and started scratch building some side skirts

more to come!
