Question Leaking Tranny Fluid, Hesitation in Acceleration, sticky gas pedal

Ok. So I need help ASAP, thank you in advance for any advice. I have a 98 neon, it was a GREAT car until it was viciously assulted by a deer last year. Since then I've had a SLEW of problems. Most recently, Easter Sunday. The car all of a sudden would accelerate, and started to hesitate horribly then just wouldn't go at all. It was 'coasted' into filling station and while there in a matter of 20 minutes ALL of the transmission fluid was on the ground near the radiator. We fixed the hoses going into the radiator, refilled fluids. It's still leaking but not pouring out. However, now that was hesitates whenever accelerating, and when it's not doing that it accelerate VERY quickly and the gas petal sticks. We were forced to leave the car in another state; fearing to drive it home. Also, since the assult from bambi, it goes through nearly a jug of antifreeze a week, it doesn't leak just seems to absorb all of it. Any ideas on the current issue?
