1971 Superbee
I found a 1971 superbee for sale near me, it needs restored but doesnt look too bad. I think the person would sell it for pretty cheap... go for it? or let sum one else fix it up?

That all depends on whether or not you want a '71 SuperBee... Decent cars. Not as many resto parts available as the earlier years. A little creative engine work and they run as good as the earlier ones.

Keep in mind the Superbee was on the Charger platform for only one year, 1971. Before that it was on the Coronet platform. After 1971 the Superbee went away. I am currently in the process of restoring a 71 Bee and yes parts are hard to find but it can be done. The car is in the body shop and I am starting the 383 build. I will be posting a thread about the build soon. If I can be of any help let me know.
