Value of a 99 K1500 EXT CAB Z71 with 53K

Anyone know what I can expect to get for my 99 "old body style" K1500 ext cab 4x4 Z71, 5.7, loaded, with only 53K miles, mint, exceptional, like new condition, new o/e goodyear tires, cloth power bench seat, LS, running boards, non smoker, white exterior, tan interior, no rust (arkanasas) , good title, Previous owner was an elderly couple, who garage kept it, and traded it in at my local dealer in June. I am thinking about getting a new one, and I dont want to GIVE it to the dealership.

Here in Iowa, you'd be damn lucky to get $7,000.00 for it right now.
Look it up at kbb.com and round the numbers down significantly if you want to get it sold.
Try talking to your bank or credit union to help arrange financing for the buyer in advance (though they'd still have to qualify)
