1992 Dodge Caravan Battery Gauge/Lights Problem
While driving my 92 Caravan, the check gauges light came on, then I noticed the battery level was at zero. I stopped, shut off vehicle, restarted and gauge battery gauge went back on but at about the 9 level. Then while driving with lights on, lights, dash lights went dim then out, then airbag light came on, then door locks started clicking. Van continued to run for at least 5 miles until I got it home. Battery is 3 years old but fine until this past week, the battery gauge was always near the top.

Re: 1992 Dodge Caravan Battery Gauge/Lights Problem
I would have the battery charged and then have them do a load test. Make sure the battery connections are shinny clean and tight. Low voltage from a weak battery will create strange electrical events.
