'96 2500 2wd front brakes grab

I replaced all of the brake lines 2 years ago and since I have had intermittent problems with the front brakes grabbing. Not bad in summer but on slippery roads is very scary at times. looking over the threads on this site I suspect malfuntioning wheel speed sensors, air in the lines(possibly ABS pump trapped air) or some other part of the ABS is damaged. How to do I narrow down the cause?
