1990 Deville Radio And Lights On Hood-please Help!!

I HAVE BOUGHT A '90 DEVILLE AND CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT AND WHY THE 3 LITTLE LIGHTS ON THE HOOD WILL NOT COME ON AND HOW CAN I FIX THEM? ALSO IT HAD A RADIO/C.D PLAYER IN IT AND I WAS TRING TO PUT THE ORGINAL STERO BACK IN IT IT IS A RADIO/CASSETTE AND THE CLOCK COMES ON BUT NOTHING ELSE,YOU CAN'T EVEN HEAR A BUZZING NOISE ANY SUGGESTIONS? the three lights are just fiber cables that indicate ur lights are on and all ur signals are working along with the two u see in ur rear view mirror if they dont light up its nothing major,i would suggest a junk yard for repair. the radio however if the old one works hook it back up and label all the speaker wires if ur just not getting sound from the original it could just be bad
