A few questions regarding the standard 98+ front end conversion

i am repainting my 97 blazer and wanted to swap the front end for the 98+... i know what parts i need for the most part but my question is this... i wanted to swap the bumper as well... so i could eliminate the seperate bumper corners and have one wrap around bumper... is that possible... i know the 97 fenders have a knob where the bumper corners slide into... would i need to get 98+ fenders to work with the bumper??? also... i have the tow hooks on the front do any of the 98+ bumpers have the holes already cut so i dont have to fab stuff on the new bumper
