96 Century starts funny

Hi, I recently got my 96 century working after four years of just sitting on my driveway. When I start the engine (cold) it starts to hesitate then it revs up by itself and then it's ok the rest of the day. I'm not quite sure what it is. I suspect maybe a vacuum leak or an idle problem. I've replaced the fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, intake manifold gaskets, fuel filter, IAC valve, new fuel, new oil, new coolant. Any suggestions?

Welcome to AF

Is your CEL on and if so, post what codes are stored.

If not, check the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) with a multi-meter to see if it has a dead spot right near idle.

Hi there, it sounds like a vacuum leak to me as well, maybe you should have it checked out!
