Lx tranny ?

Does the tranny of an LX sedan 89 is the same as an SI or it's more as an DX ? What are the gear ratio of this 89 LX tranny ?

All an LX is is basically a DX with power everything, cruise, bumpers painted same color as car, etc.

So to answer your question, you have a DX tranny.

are you thinking of the ex sedan and not the lx? because the dx and lx have the same engine and tranny, but the si and ex have the same engine and tranny...

I have a 1990 LX. I got a used transmission from a junkyard for $130. Clutch and pressure plate with lifetime warranty from Autozone was $139. Don't know how much a flywheel is.
