Im really sorry to hear about that. Most importantly are you okay? What happened though, it looks like your car is all alone on the road.

i was going about 40mph, following a friend in his 2k celica. we were on our way out to eat. i had 3 people in my car and he had a full car. so we had just switched lanes cause this suburban was going really slow ahead of us. just as i got in the left lane, my steering wheel started shaking really bad, then pulled real hard to the left. there was an intersection in the median, and my left tire hit that. from there, the car basically did a 50/50 skateboard grind on the curb, then came off. it spun 90 degrees, until i was looking at a car in the right lane, so i corrected the car as best i could so i wouldnt T-bone that car. over corrected, since the tires were all flat, it went were it wanted. continued spinning to the left again, clipped the slow suburban on its back driver tire, cause absolutely no damage to the SUV. it spun and went onto the median. my car stopped slding when it got even with the suburban.

it sucks, but the engine was still running when i stopped moving, although the crank pulley was grinding on part of the frame. no oil leaks, just grease from the buste VC shafts. i pray that the b16 is still intact.

damn man, that really sucks ... I know this probably isnt the best time for this, and you are probably gonna transfer em to your new 4th gen should you choose to get one, but how did the headlights do, they look like black housing projectors from the pics.

look closer and you will see that the roof is extremely accordian shaped. its definite frame damage. the roof buckled, the door wont even open (and its stuck with a large gap between in and the roof at the top. guess i gotta hurry and get my recaros and my GSR center console out before it rains). and about the projectors, surprisingly, they are ok. they survived a direct impact on a suburban wheel well, and didnt crack. guess the "generic EBAY" ones arent so bad after all. and about the radius arm, its prolly what it is. ill look tomorrow morning.

Sorry to hear about your car, hope everyone is ok.

What and where is this radius arm you guys are talking about? I am paranoid now, I want to inspect them and replace them. Please let me know.
Thanks,
Mike
