Transmission Pops Out Of Gear On Shift

The transmission in my 1995 LeBaron just quit working. There was some shuttering during the shift the day that it quit. The car has plenty of pull when you take off, but starts to slip completely when it shifts. If you put it in neutral, turn the ignition off, restart the engine and put it back in drive it pulls great till it pops out again (when you let off gas). I had it up to 80 MPH yesterday after a re-start going around 40MPH. It will just not stay in gear through any type of normal driving. Reverse is fine and pulls great.

I changed the filter and fluid, but it did not help. No burnt odor in fluid, but I did have a little bit of a small amount of metal in the filter. I have had more metal in some of my other cars and they run fine. I have read a lot about the electronics of this transmission. Do you think the problem could be the transmission computer or the solenoids?
