air pump fuse keeps blowing

My check engine light came on. The code said -secondary intake fault. I checked the air pump fuse and sure enough, it was blown. Replaced it, but the CE light was still on. The fuse blew again. Before I start ripping parts out, has anyone had this problem? What's a good place to start?

if you mean air pump on self leveling shocks ,i added speaker box in back and started having same problem cause it was overworking the small air pump so i started parking in reverse cause of the incline in driveway it helped for a while but my box was too heavy so i lightened it and slid it forword closer above rear axle to shift weight
