random wiper park position
i have a 99 chevy LT blazer and today on the way home from work my wipers stated to park at random positions in the intermittent mode. sometimes they would park in the correct position then other times they would park at half way then they would park at 1/4 position. does anyone know what this could be?

My '97 Blazer failed. A buddy at work with a '00 Suburban had the same problem. He had his fixed on the special recall. The pulse boards are ~$35.00 at most parts stores. I didn't bother with re-soldering, but I've read numerous posts where others had good luck with it.
