no gear engaguement

2002 dodge neon 2.0L vin C.

sitting at stop light and tried to go but engine just rev`ed.
No pcm,body,or trans codes.scanner shows gear selections are being commanded and linkage is fine along with fluid .
I do however see on scanner that turbine rpm is 0.

So you checked your fluid level and it's good? If so, then it might be time to change the filter and fluid.

trans was toast rebuild and all is good.
