my 93 blazer has headers and they keep acquiring exhaust leaks i have fixed it 4 times and i wanna know if i shud jest fix it again or just go buy a regular manifold i like the headers but they are a pain in my ass

Where are you getting leaks, at the flange or at the collector?

Well if the flange of the header is not warped, try changing the gaskets to high quality ones and use locking header bolts and see if that makes a difference.
