starting problem with 95 neon

Ok this is what happened...water pump went so changed it and timing belt jumped 2 teeth so changed that too...car started and ran for about 5 minutes than died...so put the computer on it ...cam sensor gone...changed that....also changed the coil pack and the starter....now I am at the point where it is turning and turning but no starting....it really wants to but nothing...we have done a compression test, checked the plugs, relays, fuses...still wont start....
Anyone have any suggestions??? We put it back on the computer and it is showing that the car is running but it really isn't If any of you neon specialists can help I would really appreciate it..I need this car for work and it has been gone a week and still can't figure it out..

Thank you
