Insurance

ok, so far it looks like the accident is going to be my fault. Im going to fight it but dont know how far I will get. If it turns out being my fault my insurance is going to shoot up and Im lucky enough to be on a family policy (I love my dad) but Im going to have to pay the difference for the whole policy when it goes up. I may have to sell the teg if the insurance goes up too much. Give me some Ideas of cars that will not be alot in insurance. so far cars that I have thought of is a Subaru Impreza RS or maybe something as a Chevy Caprice with a LT1 ;-) give me some ideas?

*edit*
oh yeah nothing with a lot less power than the teg. I dont care as much for looks but I had to drive my moms civic home last night and I couldent deal with having to drive that around all the time.

How old are you? I take it you are pretty young if you are on a family policy? Your previous driving record will have effect too. If it shoots up too high for your family policy as a whole, see if your parents will shop around for something cheaper. I did that when Farmer's raped me for my at-fault accident. They told me how much it would go up...from $122/month to $150/month so that's what I budgeted for. When I got my bill it was gonna be $220 a month. I was 24 at the time and they treated me like I was still on a learners permit
