Milky Oil in the intake?

Im getting oil in the intake and its a milky brown. Its mixed w/ water witch is just condensation thats in the airbox, so that probably why its milky brown but why is there oil in the intake. I know on most cars that means the PCV valve is clogged but the 2.2 ecotech dosnt have one! Anny reasoning on why ther is oil in the intake?
